The page shows a result only when that service returns usable public media. This prevents the interface from displaying invented quality choices or download buttons before a source has been checked.

A successful response can contain video, image, gallery, or audio media. The available type, format, quality label, thumbnail, and file-size information depend on what the source returns. Retatube normalizes those results into clear cards but does not promise a specific resolution, format, or watermark status for every URL.

Why a public link may still return no media

Public visibility alone does not guarantee that a platform will make its media available to the processing service. A link can fail because the post was removed, its visibility changed, the URL points to an unsupported page type, regional or age restrictions apply, or the source platform temporarily changed how the media is delivered.
